Overview
This is a cabin-style tent with straight and steep leg poles. I would describe it as semi-instant, and this means that most of its frame is pre-attached to the tent. The picture below shows one stage in setting the tent up. You have telescopic leg poles with locking buttons.
These pre-attached poles converge on the roof to a single hub element shown below. Note that there are two shorter poles that are visible here but they do not connect to four legs, they are added to pull the side walls up.
There are also extra poles that support the front room so you add them separately, this is why I describe it as semi-instant. They write about 1-minute setup time, but I think this is a bit unrealistic.
Note that they have the Coleman Skylodge Tents with Screen Room that are not instant-type, so make sure you do not mix these two series.
The tent is tall, you have 6.6 ft (201 cm) peak height so this is a standing height in almost all the tent. But this tent is lower and smaller than the tent mentioned above.
There are two rooms, and one of them is a screen room. It is fully protected, and this means it is floored and double-layer type with large mesh areas on the outside and inner zippered panels for protection and privacy.
There is one door only, and it is on the screen room. The top picture above shows its inverted-T design. The carry bag shown below is a stuff and roll design, it is shown below.
Materials
Actually they do not provide information about materials. But the frame is steel, only the cross roof pole on the front room is one piece of fiberglass. You have a full set of stakes and guylines included.
The fabric is most likely a 68D polyester with a 600 mm coating. If you find some reliable information please let me know. They use their WeatherTec System with inverted seams. They also write that the tent has been tested to withstand up to 35 mph winds. The floor is a thick polyethylene bathtub style.
Ventilation
The tent has windows on all sides, and the front room is all in mesh. There are plenty of mesh areas on the ceiling as well. So as long as the sky is clear you can have optimal ventilation. When it is raining, you will rely on the vent on the rear side. In combination with the mesh ceiling you can have enough air circulation.

Who is this Tent for
Regarding the area, the tent offers around 155 ft² (14.4 m²), and its official capacity is 10 people. This would give 15.5 ft² (1.44 m²) per person, and this is not much. The front room measures 12 x 4 ft (366 x 122 cm) and the rear room 12 x 9 ft (366 x 274 cm). So in principle there might be enough place to put 10 sleeping pads on the floor, but it is best to downgrade it by half.
Regarding seasons & climate, they describe it as a 3-season tent and I think this is indeed so. I do not think I would put it to harsh tests regarding strong rain and in particular winds.
Regarding the weight, the tent is on the heavy side with its 44.27 lb (20.1 kg). Though this is typical for instant tents of this type. The packed size is also not its best feature, and this is again due to its instant design.
Regarding the price, it is a bit steep for this brand, Coleman-US tents are usually more budget friendly, but the tent has some really cool features.

So this Coleman Skylodge 10-Person Instant Camping Tent With Screen Room is well-built and functional, and its front room makes it really pleasant and versatile. You have full protection in it but you can use it just like an ordinary screen room and you will be fully protected from insects. It is included in my list of best instant tents for camping.
