This words Wet Dry Separation in the name of this shelter tell you that it has two separate rooms which you can see in the picture below. Both rooms have separate doors, and there is also an inner door between them.
The doors can be rolled to the side and fix with toggles, but I doubt anybody would use this detail in a privacy shelter. But it may be convenient if you use the tent for gear. In any case, two separate doors add value and functionality to this tent.
One of the rooms, on the left in the picture, is a shower room. It is floored, and the floor is with a water drainage mesh on the perimeter, see the picture below.

The tent is fully freestanding, but you have guylines to secure it and anchor to the ground. Note that the height is only 78.7 inches (200 cm).
Instant setup
The words Pop Up in the official name are supposed to tell you that this is an instant setup design. This means that the frame is pre-attached to the tent, you have a hub element on the top similar to an umbrella, see how it looks:

So you have a retractable frame with an automatic bracket system, and the tent spring into shape effortlessly, transforming into a functional shelter within seconds. The pictures below show some setup steps.
Materials
The frame poles: You have a combination of aluminum alloy used for the leg poles, and fiberglass used for the upper part. The hub element is some sort of hard plastic.
The fabric: The fabric is a durable 150D 210T silver coated polyester. According to their specifications, the silver screen offers UV protection and reduces the usual glare. You also have an impressive rain protection up to 2000-3000 mm.

Regarding the area, you have two separate rooms here, both of them are quite large, and each of them is with its own door. So this is a functional and versatile shelter with the rooms having a different purpose.
Though, I must say that it is quite low for a shower tent, and you realize this when you compare it with some of its competitors.
But if you are in a camp where you already have facilities, then you can use the space in the rooms to store your camping gear.
In any case, you have a dual-purpose shelter for optimal privacy. It is perfect for camping trips, beach outings, or any outdoor adventure where hygiene and discretion are paramount.
