What this is about
It is so easy to get excited when you see such a structure. The tent could be described as an extended dome, but its extensions are totally unique on the market. Note that it is not freestanding.
The floor plan below reveals that there are three extensions, and they create areas where you have inner tents. These are bedrooms. The hexagonal central area is a living room.
The living room is under the dome, and here you have no less than 3 huge doors. Observe that the central door allows for an awning configuration, just in case that you do not have enough living area inside. The poles for this purpose are included.
The tent is a hybrid double/single layer construction, and the meaning is that the bedrooms are true double layer parts while the living room is under the shell. It can also be described as a full coverage fly tent because of the fly that fully protects its 3 inner tents.
See how this looks from inside, this is the central living room under the dome, and the three inner tents are visible.
The two bedrooms on the sides are identical, one of them is shown below, and the one in the middle is far smaller. They are with their own sewn-in and sealed floors. The floor in the living room is a linked-in type.
The peak height in the living area is 74.8 inches (190 cm), in the side rooms this is 67 inches (170 cm), and in the smaller room it is 53.1 inches (135 cm).
Materials
The poles & stakes: You have 8 fiberglass loop poles with the diameter of 9, 10, and 12 mm, plus two 16 mm steel poles for the awning. There are also 52 pegs and 18 guylines in the included carry bag shown below.
The fabric: The shell is a 210T polyester. They claim that the waterproof rating is 3000 mm. The floor is a strong polyethylene 125 g/m².
Other features include small storage pouches in the bedrooms, and a lantern hanging point.
Ventilation
There are 5 roof vents, and you can see them in the top picture above. In the bedrooms they are matched with mesh openings.
The inner tents are from a breathable taffeta, and they are separated from the shell for air flow that should reduce condensation. The inner doors are with mesh sections but this is only in the upper parts.
The floor in the living room is not sealed so you will always have air getting in from the ground, this should compensate for the lack of floor vents.

Who is it for
Regarding the area, the total floored space is around 242 ft² (22.5 m²). But the protection is full only in the bedrooms where you have 10 square meters only.
The official capacity is 6-8 people, but it is difficult to imagine 8 sleeping pads on the floor. The small room is only 1 meter wide, so this is for one person only or for two small kids.
The other two rooms are square 2 x 2 meters, so they are quite short. But they can accommodate 3 people each. So I see it as a tent for a maximum of 7 users. It is perfect for 5 people, or for two couples with one small kid each.
The two larger inner tents offer lots of privacy because they are physically separated, there is more than 2 meters distance between them.
Regarding seasons & climate, the inner tents are without mesh, so this is a true double layer tent. I see it quite suitable for a cooler environment. This same feature makes it less suitable for a warm weather camping.
The 3 doors on the living room make it really user friendly, but note that you have no windows here, everything is oriented onto the living room. This works great when the sky is clear, but the doors must be closed in the case of rain.
So it is a bit difficult to decide about the best environment for this tent. But in view of its size and shape, I would not use it in a harsh environment. It is best suited for a calm weather without winds.
Regarding the weight, the tent may look heavy with its 45 lb (20.4 kg), but see its overall size. The packed size is also very good in view of its overall dimensions. But in any case, this is a tent for places with a car access.
Regarding the price, it is simply incredible for such an attractive tent, you will be able to check it in the link below.

i have one of these havnt used it yet but doesnt state how long it takes to put up or take down or how many people does it take to put it up and down
JV says
It is best to have a partner, the tent is large and it needs some work to put it up. It is hard to say how much time you need, it depends on how familiar you are with it. Think about 30 minutes or so. To put it down you can do it alone in half the mentioned time.
