What is in the name
They use the words 2-in-1 in the name of this tent most likely because they want to say that you have two inner tents under the shell. So the tent is a three-room structure where you have a central living area with a linked-in but not a sewn-in floor, and two side rooms under the inner tents.
The picture below shows the tent on the grass in its awning configuration. There are 2 identical doors on the opposite sides so you can create this awning and extend the inner space into a pleasant shade for sitting and cooking.
The tent can be described as an extended dome with two main poles creating the usual X-shaped configuration and two extra poles that support its extended sides. You have a stand-up height in the central area where the peak height is 78.7 in (200 cm). The picture below shows its most important dimensions.
This is a hybrid double/single-layer type where the central room is the single-layer under the shell, and the side rooms are full double-layer structures. The structure is very similar to the NTK Explorer GT tent and Moon Lence 8 Person Tent.
Ventilation
There are multiple vents on the roof so the tent is nicely vented. The doors have windows that you can keep with mesh when the sky is clear. There are no floor vents, pity they did not add it. Though the floor in the central room is not sealed and you can expect drafts from this side. In combination with roof vents, you should have enough air circulation.
Materials
The poles are fiberglass, this material is not particularly durable but it is commonly used in budget tents like the one you have here. The awning poles are included and this is steel.
The shell fabric is a 185T polyester with PU coating, but they do not provide any information about its waterproof rating. The seams are taped. They claim that it is fireproof. The mesh areas are a polyester mesh that should keep you safe from insects and mosquitoes.

Regarding best use, seasons & climate, they describe it as a 3-season tent and I would agree with this. The inner tents are deep under the shell and you will be protected.
I would not use it in harsh weather conditions, but you have enough stakes and guylines to secure it properly, when fully closed it looks very aerodynamic.
Regarding the weight, the tent is quite heavy, it weighs 29.8 lb (13.5 kg). This is partly due to its massive steel poles for the awning. On the other hand, its packed size is better as you see from the picture below. All in all, this is a car camping tent and you would not carry it anywhere.
Regarding the price, this is an incredibly affordable tent, a great value for the money.

So this KingCamp Tent 6 Person 2-in-1 is an interesting and functional construction suitable for parents with 2-3 kids. The rooms are completely separated and this gives as much privacy as you can expect from a tent, and this is its best feature. If you do not want to spend much and still have a shelter for occasional family adventures, this is the tent to consider.
