Overview
This Naturehike GEN12 Inflatable Glamping Tent is a very typical cabin-type tent with completely vertical walls, and with an A-shaped roof like in a house.
The tent is very tall, with 200 cm peak height in the middle as you realize from the picture below. It is also fully freestanding and self-supporting.
The doors and windows
There are two doors on the two sides of the tent, one is shown below, they are with a full size zippered mesh and a full size zippered panel.
On the sides of the door you can see two double-layer windows, the same structure is on the other end of the tent.
But it also has 4 low windows on the longer sides, here too you have both mesh and inner zippered panels. They are close to the floor so they double as floor vents as well.
Inflatable air beams
This is a great example of an inflatable tent, so there are no solid poles here, you have massive air beams shown in the picture. Note that they are in zippered sleeves.
The tent comes with a manual pump included, shown in the picture. With such features, one person can easily make this tent ready. I have included it in my list of best inflatable tents.
Materials
The fabric: This is about fabric of course, there are no poles. So you have a high-quality cotton canvas that has been specially treated with mildew resistance. On their site, they write its waterproof rating is 1000 mm, but on Amazon you will see 1500 mm mentioned. They also write it is not recommended to use in the rain for a long time.
The fabric is also breathable, but you have plenty of polyester mesh on those numerous windows. The floor is a fully waterproof PVC. All zippers are high quality YKK so you will not find anything better.
Ventilation
You have already seen about the mesh on the windows and doors and about the breathable canvas. But they have added two roof vents on two ends of the tent, one is shown below.
Note also that the low vents (windows) are a bit protected under the roof so you can keep them at least partly open even when it rains. In view of this, there is no doubt you will always have optimal ventilation.

Who is it for
Regarding the area, the tent is officially for four people. But this is a large structure, see the numbers in the picture below. This provides you no less than 129.2 ft² (12 m²). My guess is that this is why it has the number 12 in its official name.
Below you can see how you can use the floor plan for 4 users. But the dimensions are such that you can have 8 sleeping pads on the floor as shown in the picture on the right. So if needed, this tent can indeed accommodate 8 people.
Regarding seasons & climate, I would describe it as a true 3 season plus tent. Ventilation is optimal, and it will work great if you use it for warm weather camping.
The tent is fully closable for situation in a cooler environment. But it is tall and boxy, so it is best to avoid strong winds. However, those beams can never snap and break, so there is no doubt this tent can withstand a lot.
Regarding the weight, with 66.1 lb (12 kg) it is quite moderate for a canvas tent, they are usually much heavier.
The packed size is shown in the picture below, this is the carry bag of the tent. So it is a bit bulky but this is normal for canvas tents.
Regarding the price, I would say it is a bit steep, but this is a nicely deigned and high quality tent, worth the investment.
