What this is about
If you follow the Olpro brand then you know that they have two tents with the name Abberley on the market. One of them is with classic poles.
The general shape is the same in both tents, but the version presented here in the text is with inflatable beams. It is slightly larger than the tent with solid poles, and it is also heavier and bulkier when packed.
This is a tunnel-shaped tent with three supporting beams, and it is moderately tall with its peak height of 72.83 inches (185 cm). The picture below shows that the height is different in its different areas.
You have a shell tent with a fully sewn-in and sealed floor, and inside is attached an inner tent which is with a removable divider. This inner tent creates a sleeping area with two rooms, and there is also a large living room on the front which is under the shell tent but fully protected. The floor plan below shows how this all looks.
The doors & windows
There are two doors here, both U-shaped, and both are double layer, with a full size zippered mesh and a zippered panel. Both doors are large and you can roll them up and fix with toggles and loops.
Note that there is a solid pole added that creates a small brim above the side door (see the picture below), so you have a dry entry, a feature that means a lot during the rain.
The main door has dual zippers on the sides, and this allows you to create an awning with a pair of poles that are included in the package. With this you extend the living area and have a shade for sitting outside, see how it looks:
There are two solid windows on the front with inner shutters for privacy, plus a side window which is again with a solid part and panel for privacy, and a mesh part with panel for ventilation.
Materials
The beams: You have what they describe as reinforced TPU inflatable beams, each with its own valve that is covered with zippered lids. There is a manual pump included as well.
The fabric: They claim this is all made from recycled bottles. So this is their 150D Oxford OLTech Re-Pro, and its waterproof rating is 5000 mm. You will never need more. The floor is bathtub style, and the inner tent is of a darker breathable material for reduced glare.
All the features of this tent are summarized graphically here:
Ventilation
You have plenty of venting options. One large vent is on the rear side, and it is with mesh and a flap that you can stake out, see it in the picture below. The inner tent is with a mesh section for ventilation that matches the rear vent.
The doors and one window are with mesh, and this all works great when the sky is clear. But there are no floor vents, you will need them when it rains and you have to keep the doors and windows closed.
Who is it for
Regarding the area, they do not provide the numbers for the total floored area, but the tent is officially for 4 people. The inner tent offers around 6.2 square meters, but you also have around 8 square meters in the front living room which is fully protected.
So if necessary, this tent can easily accommodate around 7 people. Now you realize the true meaning of the letters XL in its official name. With 4 users, you will have plenty of space for your gear in the living room. This is why I have included it in my list of best 4 person tents.
Regarding seasons & climate, this is a reliable three-season tent. It is fully closable, and it is with those solid windows, so it is suitable for a cooler climate and for an environment with lots of rain. Its waterproof rating is impressive and the inner tent is fully protected.
One detail that sets this tent apart are numerous strong straps instead of the usual guylines, with many tie-out points to stabilize the tent in adverse conditions.
Note that the inner tent can remain attached to the shell tent, so when you pitch the tent, the inner is protected even if you do the job in rain. This dry setup you will be able to appreciate when you find yourself in such situations.
Regarding the weight, this tent is quite heavy, but it offers lots of space. The weight is due to its thick fabric and its air beams. The packed size is not its best feature, you will see the numbers below.
Regarding the price, I would say it is fair for such a great tent, a great value for the money. You can check it in the links below.

Final thoughts, rating, pros & cons
In summary, this OLPRO Abberley XL Breeze 4 Berth Inflatable Tent is functional and reliable. It will protect you in almost any weather conditions. Its air beams can never break, they can bend due to wind pressure but they restore their shape instantly when the pressure drops.
The inner is darker than in standard tents, but I would not describe it as a true dark rest tent. In any case, fully recommended. It is included in my list of best inflatable tents for camping.
Below you can see how this tent stands against my standard rating criteria that I apply consistently to all of them here in the site so that you can easily compare:
