Below I give only some very basic information about these 6 person instant tents, so please follow the links for more details.
1. Bushnell Instant Pop-Up 6-Person Tent
Here you have an enormously tall and easy to use cabin type tent, the peak height is 94 inches (239 cm). This is why it is also in my list of very tall camping tents.
The tent has four integrated panels on three sides and on the roof, with X-crossed poles that are pre-attached to it. So you simply unfold the tent and then pull out those orange loops visible in the picture.
It is fully freestanding and very pleasant with its 8 windows, and it is also nicely ventilated. You have both floor and roof vents, plus all those mesh windows and mesh ceiling.
In this tent you have full protection for a 3-season camping. The weight is 37.8 lb (17.1 kg), and the floor area is 138 ft² (12.8 m²).
2. Timber Ridge 6 Person Instant Cabin Tent With Rain Fly
This Timber Ridge 6 is a cabin-style instant tent as you realize from the picture. So you have straight and steep walls. The setup is quick and easy with its telescopic poles and the frame that is pre-attached to the tent.
You have a floor area of 100 ft² (9.3 m²) so this is a great size, and the floor is a bathtub type. There is one door and 4 windows in total. An electric cable port is also available. The weight is 25.4 lb (11.5 kg).
3. Bushnell Shield Series 11′ x 9′ Instant Cabin Tent
This Bushnell Shield Series 11′ x 9′ Instant Cabin Tent is for 6 people, and for this you have an inner area of 99 ft² (9.2 m²). There are 5 nicely designed windows and a small awning above its only door. You have multiple storage pouches on the front underneath the awning.
The frame is steel, very strong and stable. The official setup time is 60 seconds. You also have an E-cable port, gear loft, and a reflective fly for UV protection. The weight is 26 lb (11.8 kg). Note also that this is a very affordable tent.
4. Core 6 Person Instant Cabin Tent
This is a tent from a well-known series of tents from this brand that are instant and cabin-style. But note that they have yet another lighted version with the same instant setup, the Core Lighted 6 Person Instant Cabin Tent.
So you have an incredibly easy setup under one minute. The tent is very pleasant and livable, with huge windows and a huge door. Total protected area is 9.2 m². You have a lantern hook, a gear loft, a huge wall organizer, and an electricity port. The weight is 22.8 lb (10.34 kg).
5. Core 6 Person Instant Cabin Tent with Full Rainfly
So this is an instant setup tent as you would expect, this is why it is in the list here, and it is also a cabin type. It is easy to use as expected from such a design.
But the tent is interesting also because of its full coverage fly so you have a complete rain protection. Cabin type tents with such a fly are not so frequent on the market, though you have a few here in the list.
As you see from the picture, the fly is designed so that you can roll it up and have views around when it is not raining. The tent is fully freestanding, and it is supported with a strong steel frame.
There are 3 separate windows, plus one on its door. The tent weighs 23 lb (10.4 kg) and its floor area is 99 ft² (9.18 m²).
6. Coleman 6 Person Instant Tent
This is probably the best known and the most popular instant tent on the market. It has been around for years and you have thousands of reports about it.
More typical cabin style tent is hard to imagine. Note that this is a tent with an integrated fly. So this is a single-layer type with a waterproof roof, but if you want extra protection they sell a fly separately.
The tent is very livable and pleasant with such great windows. The windows and the door are with waterproof panels. The total inner area is 90 ft² (8.4 m²). The materials are heavy-duty, and the weight is 24.9 lb (11.3 kg).
7. KAZOO Family Camping Tent Saturn
This KAZOO Family Camping Tent is with the official capacity of 6-8 people, but the area is 90.3 ft² (8.4 m²). The tent is really nicely built with its instant design and telescopic poles.
Note that this is a freestanding cabin with a huge fly that covers it completely, so I have added it to my list of tents with full fly. You have very good materials, the fabric is with a high waterproof rating and you have 19 mm diameter 6065 aluminum poles.
There are 2 fly windows, one is visible in the picture above, 2 huge doors, and the tent is very tall with its 72.83 inches (185 cm) peak height. The weight is 17.85 lb (8.1 kg).
8. Ozark Trail 6-Person Dark Rest Instant Cabin Tent
This is a very specific tent here in the group, built from dark materials. They have a series of tents built from the same material and this is the smallest in the group. It is included in my list of dark rest tents. You can regulate the amount of sunlight in the tent.
Note that you also have vinyl windows on the fly, which is a distinctive feature of the tent. But it is here because of its instant design. As you realize this is a nicely shaped cabin tent. The floor area is 90 ft² (8.36 m²).
You have 3 windows, a gear loft, and an electrical cord access. The weight is 20 lb (9.07 kg). Note that this is an incredibly affordable tent.
9. CORE Instant Cabin Tent 6 Person
This is an easy to use freestanding summer camping tent. It is with a pre-attached frame, so only the fly is a separate part. You have two separate windows, plus two windows on the door. All of them are with mesh and with zippered panels.
With these great windows and a mesh ceiling, the tent offers lots of ventilation. But they have also added a floor vent. The most interesting detail is that overhanging fly that is supported with extended eaves, so it partly protects the door and the windows.
The tent weighs 25 lb (11.3 kg), and its floor area is 90 ft² (8.3 m²). The peak height is 72 inches (183 cm).
10. Pacific Pass Camping Tent 6 Person Instant Cabin
This Pacific Pass Camping Tent 6 Person Instant Cabin Family Tent is here because of its instant design so you can pitch in under one minute. The shape is a very typical cabin and the frame is steel. Note that this is a single-layer structure that makes it incredibly easy to use.
You have 1 door, and no less than 5 windows. The weight is 17.22 lb (7.8 kg) and the floor area is 90 ft² (8.3 m²). You will want to know that it is very affordable.

The answer is not so simple. The easiest to use are those that have no extra fly but adding the fly is not complicated in any case. I am sure you will be fine with any of them. But more space will give you those that are higher on the list. If you insist on one particular, then go for the Core tent.
