The tent is supported with aluminum poles, and the waterproof rating of the shell is 1800 mm. It is also nicely ventilated, with roof vents and floor vents. 

The inner area is around 75.3 ft² (7 m²), but there is also the front vestibule which is practically a floorless room where you have around 50.6 ft² (4.7 m²). So the total covered and protected space here is around 126 ft² (11.7 m²) and this is huge. The tent weighs 19.2 lb (8.7 kg).

This is a huge 4-season cabin-style structure with a full coverage fly, and supported by aluminum poles. You have an inner tent that is fully protected and its inner floored area is around 76 ft² (7 m²).

But there is also a huge porch and vestibules. So the total protected area is around 239 ft² (22.1 m²). This tent is suitable for all seasons, it is very high with its peak height of 7.9 ft (241 cm), and it is included in my list of very tall camping tents. You have a footprint included. The weight is 52.9 lb (24 kg) and its official capacity is 3-5 people.

There are four doors, and all of them are double layer with a mesh and with a panel. There are also vents on the inner tent and on the fly, plus some extra venting features. So although this is a true double-layer tent, its ventilation is excellent. The peak height is 73 inches (185 cm).

The tent weighs 28.2 lb (12.8 kg), and its official capacity is 4-6 people but the inner floored area is below 8 square meters, this is why I have added it here in the list. The inner space is organized into two sleeping units and a large living room. Note that the sleeping rooms are a tent within the tent, and this is a dark rest design. This is why it is included in my list if best dark rest tents.

The tent is fully closable but with numerous vents. The windows are solid and with inner shatters for privacy.

It is supported with air beams, and you have a manual pump included. So in spite of it huge size, one person can set it up easily. This is why it is also in my list of best inflatable tents. 

A few more numbers: The tent weighs 67 lb (30.4 kg), and its peak height is 84.6 inches (215 cm). The packed size is 30.7 x 22.8 x 18.9 inches (78 x 58 x 48 cm).

Now, how to choose?

You have noticed that there are big differences in the weight of these tents. This is because of the fabric and the poles. The heaviest are those where you have a combination of canvas or polycotton and steel poles. The lightest are those with aluminum poles and with synthetic fabric. But they are all heavy, and this is normal when you see their floor area, those huge porches, and also their peak heights.

There are also huge differences in prices. Canvas tents are always expensive, but they are worth the money. Nevertheless, if you cannot afford something like this, you have some truly great options here. Those tents from Coleman are usually incredibly affordable.
